Job Description

Morton Food Service, a division of Morton Wholesale Ltd. (Morton) is currently seeking a DZ Drivers to join our dynamic every growing Morton Team. Morton offers a competitive salary based on experience and benefit package.Come join our team and earn a signing bonus upon completion of 90 continuous days of employment!Our delivery drivers are responsible for delivering each order to our customers on time and accurately while representing the Morton Food Service Brand.Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Providing top of the line customer service to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Safely operating our trucks and delivering the products on time, with accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Perform credits using the proper paperwork when products are requested to be returned.
  • Need to be detailed orientated to make sure every order is delivered to maximize efficiency.
  • Follow all rules of the road and Morton Food Service.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Capable of working in a team as well as individually.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid DZ or AZ license.
  • Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
  • Minimum 2 years DZ/AZ driver experience a definite asset
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with little supervision
  • Smart and able to think on their feet
  • Able to work longer hours at times until the delivery is complete
