What We DoWe provide services to our clients for health, safety and environmental monitoring.Why We Do ItWe help to protect and support workers on remote industrial sites.How We Do ItWith world class training, we serve to protect workers, assets and the communities where we work.HSE Integrated is looking to hire a Safety Advisor for ongoing Industrial Construction ProjectsResponsibilitiesProvide OH&S orientations to employees and contractorsPerform field inspections and audits for non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actionsAssist in the development hazard assessments, fall protection plans, rescue plans, JSAs, HSIs, etcHold safety meetings with the work crewsAssist in incident investigationsProvide summary reports for clients as needed for specific projectsFollow up on and track corrective actions stemming from incident investigations, audits, inspections and hazard reportsProvide advice relating to compliance with Provincial OH&S legislations and company policyAct as a resources by providing guidance and mentoring employeesCompile statistical data and reports as requiredStay up to date on current client and OH&S regulationsQualifications & RequirementsA valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence (Please note, a valid licence does not include a Learner’s Permit or Graduated Licence)A Driver's Abstract indicating an unrestricted license with no serious traffic safety violations and 4 or less convictions of any type in the last 36 monthsMinimum of 2 years construction related OH&S experienceExtensive knowledge of the safety Industry and its policies, job procedures as well as applicable Acts, regulations and codes of practiceDemonstrate leadership, coaching, mentoring and troubleshooting skillsDemonstrate effective communication with management and workers regarding OH&S
