Job Description

We are seeking Journeyperson Pipefitters interested in our upcoming shutdown.The shutdown will be located in Olds, AB from May 30 to June 24. This shutdown includes LOA and travel pay.Safety tickets desired: Online courses will not be accepted.

  • Standard First Aid
  • Fall Protection
  • H2S Alive
  • Aerial Work Platform
  • Confined Space Entry
What would you be doing
  • Blinding / De-Blinding
  • Threaded piping repairs
  • Hydrotesting
  • Valve Replacement – Threaded and Flanged
  • Installation and removal of Temporary Piping for cleaning / degassing
  • PSV Removal and Re-Installation
  • Confined Space entry for Vessel servicing and prepping equipment for inspection (buffing, mist eliminator pad removal and re-installation, removal and re-installation of additional internal equipment, general vessel cleaning for inspections, etc.)
  • Assistance with Control valve removal and re-installation
  • Completion of Fugitive Emission repairs
