Advisor experience an asset but not required, customer service experience required.Not your average shop - We are a fast-growing full-service automotive shop specializing in performance upgrades, race cars, custom builds, and complete automotive repairs.Join an amazing team of professional automotive enthusiasts, race car drivers and experienced technicians who know how to have a good time. Were also members of Area27, an exclusive club for testing, tuning, track days, and other events. We know the ins and outs of the automotive industry, and were passionate about helping our clients build and tune the perfect car for their needs.The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including greeting customers, writing and closing repair orders, ordering parts, emails, communicate tech notes and information. Knowledge in performance and the aftermarket industry is an asset, not required. They will also be required to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of workmanship.
