The position supports the Program Representatives in responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timelines specified in program guidelines are met, and obtains information to assist verification staff and claims staff with the verification and benefit processes. The incumbent is often the first line of contact for producers, agriculture sector representatives and other stakeholders, ensuring the timely communication of information and response to requests while maintaining positive working relationships and a well-organized office environment.Oliver is known as the “Wine Capital of Canada” and is situated amongst many vineyards and fruit orchards in the South Okanagan Valley, one of the most beautiful regions in British Columbia.
