Culmina Family Estate Winery is a boutique winery on the Golden Mile Bench south of Oliver. A love and appreciation for the craft of making fine wine underscores every detail at Culmina Family Estate Winery and is embedded in all that we do, from the vineyard and cellar to the tasting room.Marketing Administrator & Wine Club Coordinator:We are looking for an energetic individual with a passion for wine, who is outgoing, an effective and dynamic communicator, and can deliver top-notch customer service specifically to the Culmina Family Estate wine club customers. This role will also assist in the development and maintenance of the wineries marketing materials and coordinate on & offsite events. The ideal candidate has excellent computer skills and the aptitude to learn new programs directly related to wine club and order processing. This role requires keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills. Additionally, candidate will require some marketing and administrative experience in order to be successful in this fast-paced and highly important role. While formal wine education is not necessary, the successful candidate must be interested in learning about wine in order to effectively speak to all wines in the Culmina Family Estate portfolio.Ongoing communication with wine club via email, online – this will require up-selling, managing guest purchases, shipping and response to all wine club inquiries, complaints etc.Manage guest data base – managing and maintaining accurate guest data logs and all ongoing communications including special offers, promotions and upcoming shipments.Manage Culmina Family Estate product profiles, updating technical information, posting to website etc.Manage other winery POS requirements as needed i.e., wine club boxes, tissue paper, bags, etc.Manage all wine club shipments including communications, picking/packing, generating shipping labels, dispatching courier(s) and membership follow-up.Helps grow Culmina Family Estate wine club and achieve growth targets.Helps overall team meet annual sales objectives.QualificationsExemplary customer service skillsExcellent computer skills including proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook,Success will demand individuals be detail oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects.Friendly, courteous with a positive can-do attitude and able to work well with a team and independently.Must be able to lift several 40 lb cases of wine particularly during wine club shipment months.Holds a Serving it Right certificate.Social Media proficiency – Facebook / Instagram - considered an asset.Wine sales experience – considered an asset.A passion for wine and hospitality – WSET considered an asset.How to ApplyPlease apply online or submit resume and cover letter by email to Jody Levesque, Sr. Marketing & Estate Manager at: j ody.levesque@arterracanada.comThank you for your interest, however only eligible candidates will be contactedNumber of Openings:1We are committed to establishing a qualified workforce that reflects the diverse population it serves and we encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
