Job Description

Now HiringWe are seeking a skilled & experienced Stone Mason to join our small business in the South Okanagan. We create custom crafted structures in stone, from fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), outdoor kitchens, pizza ovens, wine cellars, feature walls and much more! Servicing Osoyoos to Penticton and surrounding area.Job Details:

  • Maintaining company equipment and ensuring job sites are kept clean and organized
  • Loading/unloading of all masonry materials and equipment
  • Building/dismantling of scaffold work platforms
  • Mixing mortar and/or concrete materials
  • Operating equipment: mixers, angle grinders, cutoff saws, drills
  • Installing metal lathe
  • Installing rain screen and scratch coat
  • Installing stone, blocks
Must have skills:
  • Reliable transportation
  • Drivers License
  • Be physically fit
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • An eye for detail and willingness to learn
  • Steel-toed work boots
  • Safety Minded
  • Comfortable with working at heights
  • 5+ years experience preferred
Competitive Wages$25-$35 depending on experienceHours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm, up to 40 hours per week.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $25.00-$35.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Experience:
  • masonry: 5 years (preferred)
