  • Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Be responsible for sales in the tasting room, leading public tours & tastings
  • Promote all new wine releases, upcoming events/promotions, and Wine Club Membership
  • Maintain merchandising, organization, and cleanliness on the retail floor and behind the tasting bar
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Assist and support other functions of the winery as needed
  • Responsible for warehousing duties on a rotational basis
Must haves:
  • B.C. Serving it Right Certification
  • 2+ years of guest service experience
  • Must be energetic, engaging, and authentic
  • Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling weight up to 40lbs
  • Previous wine education is an asset
