Job Description

Job Summary: This Business Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience to lead and execute all aspects of business analysis, from requirements gathering and documentation to stakeholder management and solution implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and revising business processes, conducting thorough analyses of business problems and opportunities, creating comprehensive documentation, and acting as a liaison between business clients, partners, and technology teams. A strong understanding of healthcare, public sector operations, and relevant compliance regulations is essential. Location: Remote, United States Responsibilities: - Develop, revise, and document business processes and architecture artifacts. - Lead and contribute to the completion of business requirements and testing artifacts. - Conduct business analysis to assess business problems and opportunities and document findings. - Develop strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and conduct feasibility studies for I amp;IT initiatives. - Perform business modeling (use case, data, process, and flow modeling), stakeholder analysis, and requirements elicitation/definition. - Create healthcare user/stakeholder journey maps and use cases. - Conduct gap and impact analysis of technology upgrades. - Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to management and stakeholders. - Develop performance measures for business analysis and conduct evaluations and follow-ups. - Act as a liaison between business clients, partners, vendors, and data providers. - Document new requirements and complete analysis and design documentation. - Apply industry-standard methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative). - Transfer skills and knowledge to staff. - Provide a comprehensive range of I amp;IT business analysis services. - Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts. - Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, and best practices. - Maintain a central repository for project documentation. - Facilitate and manage stakeholder communication. - Participate in QA test planning, preparation, execution, and verification, including coordinating user acceptance testing. - Perform root cause analysis and work with development and QA teams to resolve issues. - Translate business requirements into epics, scenarios, and mock-ups. - Prepare standard architecture artifacts and technical documentation. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - 10+ years #39; experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business architecture. - Proficiency in various business analysis and architecture techniques (functional modeling, lifecycle modeling, business process mapping, journey mapping, etc.). - Knowledge of IT, development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Zachman), and integration of IT-enabled solutions. - Experience with cloud-hosting and micro-services integration. - Troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools. - Knowledge of public sector, healthcare, and compliance with relevant acts and regulations (FIPPA, MFIPPA, PHIPA, AODA). - Exceptional communication, consulting, facilitation, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and deadline management abilities.
