Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an Enterprise Terminology Services Redesign/Training package. This includes creating a plan for the transition, redesign, and training, as well as delivering the required training to prepare users for go-live and enhance downstream operations. The role involves partner engagement, current state assessments, gap analysis, and the development of learning materials. Location: Remote, N/A, N/A, Canada,Responsibilities: - Performing current state assessments and gap analysis. - Developing strategies, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies. - Conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation, including presentations and briefing notes. - Conducting partner engagement activities. - Collaborating with partners and subject matter experts from various backgrounds (clinical, business, and technical). - Interacting with business partners and subject matter experts to understand their requirements. - Identifying current and future state end-to-end workflows for Enterprise Terminology Services Management. - Developing end-to-end workflows and procedure manuals. - Researching and incorporating best practices for terminology services and tooling. - Provisioning and delivering learning materials, including fact sheets and hands-on training for tooling (Ontoserver). - Ensuring full knowledge transfer to the team, including documentation and walkthroughs.
