Job Summary: The Project Manager/Leader will provide project management expertise for initiatives focused on improving access to Personal Health Information (PHI) and digital healthcare services. This role involves liaising with stakeholders to manage project dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables are completed according to stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will also develop and maintain project plans, reporting tools, and communication materials, while ensuring alignment with relevant legislation, digital health standards, and best practices in IT project management. Location: Ontario, Canada,Responsibilities: - Provide project management expertise for initiatives related to improving access to PHI and digital healthcare services. - Liaise with stakeholders to identify and manage project dependencies. - Proactively manage project plans and work with relevant parties on risk mitigation strategies. - Facilitate multiple project work streams using sound project management methodology. - Develop, maintain, and regularly complete reporting and dashboard tools. - Develop and establish an integrated project plan to support individual access to PHI and digital healthcare services. - Develop reporting and communication materials. - Maintain up-to-date project schedules and track project budget, schedule, and deliverables. - Prepare and present status reports and updates for relevant governance bodies. - Ensure project artifacts and deliverables reflect a superior understanding of relevant legislation, digital health tools, digital health resources, digital health systems, and IT issues. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - Strong understanding of the healthcare system, structures, processes, stakeholder groups, and affected populations in Ontario. - Strong knowledge of and experience with digital health systems, programs, vendors, assets, and solutions in Ontario. - Extensive experience managing complex projects with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery within approved plan, scope, and budget.
