Our team thrives on collaboration, expertise, and a shared vision for achieving exceptional results.This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and build your career with MIR Digital.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure construction projects from initiation to implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, especially within a public sector or large enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of IM/IT infrastructure construction projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Assist in defining project requirements, scope, schedule, and resource planning.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, action item logs, and documentation using standard project management tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress and contribute to the identification, tracking, and resolution of risks and issues.
  • Participate in the development and updates of project plans, cost estimates, and detailed status reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders; document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation, including:
    • Statements of Requirements
    • Business Requirements Documents
  • Support the development and review of infrastructure design documentation, technical assessments, and equipment evaluations.
  • Assist with the creation and review of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support implementation of project quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and objectives.
  • Track and report on project deliverables, and assist in preparing briefing materials and progress updates for senior management.
Required Skillsamp; Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management,coordination or support within an IM/IT or infrastructure environment.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, PMBOK).
  • Experience supporting documentation for SORs, BRDs, and SLAs.
  • Proficient with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with meeting facilitation and minute-taking.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
