Applications are requested for the care-taking of the Onoway Junior Senior High School in the Town of Onoway, Alberta. The contract will commence September 1, 2022 or a date mutually agreed.The contractor will:· provide his/her own equipment and cleaning supplies (paper products, garbage bags, ice melt and hand soap are supplied);· be responsible for general custodial services and minor grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow removal in minor areas;· provide liability/bond insurance;· provide WCB coverage, and· provide Release of Results of Vulnerable Sector Check that is current within three (3) month for contract holder and all employees, prior to the starting date of the Contract.Onoway Junior Senior High School is a grade 8-12 school with a total of 8076.1 sq meters.
