Job Description

Shack Shine is a home service company specializing in window washing, gutter cleaning, power washing, and custom Christmas Lights installations for residential and commercial customers. *We service the areas of Brampton, Caledon, Orangeville, and North Missisauga and are hiring for a Lead Technician who will lead the production process while working on the tools alongside their team.The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results to his or her clients. Those who enjoy working with their hands and not being micromanaged will love it! Experience with ladders is a must and some window washing experience is preferred.This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company. A lead technician will run your own crew and be in charge of daily job sites.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Completing window washing, gutter cleaning and pressure washing of high end residential homes with the latest equipment and technology
  • Organizing and managing equipment, including an awesome new Mercedes Sprinter
  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Invoicing and payment completion
  • Planning and managing the job site
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Friendly personality
  • 2+ years of experience in labour jobs and/or a strong work ethic
  • 1+ year of experience leading others
  • Ability to work with ladders, and comfortable with heights is a must
  • Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools
  • G Driver's license and acceptable driving history
