Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • This position acts as a support role to our industrial sales team and will be the primary contact for intercompany transactions with our US branches.
  • Intercompany duties will include, but not limited to, order entry, allocation of material, and expediting
  • This role also includes supporting our industrial sales team with quoting and order entry for domestic business
What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Minimum of one to three years inside sales/customer service experience, invoicing experience, preferably in a plastic or manufacturing related environment
  • Good customer relationship skills
  • Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to generate positive results
  • Highly motivated with great energy
  • Organized, Planning and Strategizing
  • Goal Driven with ability to work towards targets
  • Team Player
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Above average time management skills, and work effectively with other members of sales
  • Fluency in French would be an asset
  • Comfortable with computers
