Position Summary: Responsible for the production and pre-preparation of specific foods and nourishments depending on the assigned job. Cook must adhere to the menu in order to ensure consistency throughout. All food is handled with care and properly prepared and stored. Maintains the sanitary condition of the production area as well as the individual work areas.Ensures that all health and safety standards are met and continually reinforced. All equipment is maintained in good, safe working order.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the efficient preparation of food under the supervision of the head of the department; this includes all catering functions as well as nourishment menus.
