Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervision, planning and implementation of daily maintenance, preventative and predictive asset management.Candidates applying for this role should be able to share work experiences and success in the following areas:

  • Direct supervision, coordination, and oversight of activities for maintenance department
  • Set and manage department goals and objectivities and manage performance
  • Planning and completing preventative maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Maintain and manager critical parts inventory including purchasing of equipment accessories and repair components
  • Manage building and facility maintenance and improvements
Education and Qualifications for this role are as follows.
  • Must have Millwright License (433 A)
  • Department management and supervisor experience required
  • Maintenance experience in a continuous manufacturing process a very strong plus
  • Proficient with software programs to include MS office and maintenance tracking systems
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours and available when needed to support departments and activities
  • Working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
