It’s the personal touch that counts!The Position:We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team working at our branch office in Oromocto, NB!What you will be doing:

  • Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service
  • Answer phones and directing client inquiries
  • Control the flow of walk-in customers
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, emails, and couriers
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding
  • Accurate data entry, scan and review incoming paperwork
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies
What you bring to the table:
  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 2-5 years experience in an office environment
  • Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office
  • Strong customer focus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a brokerage or insurance industry
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check preferred
