Doorman are responsible for creating an iconic guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while acting as the first and last impression for our guests. The Doorman is responsible for assisting with luggage, parking, and room deliveries ensuring that guests’ expectations are continuously exceeded. All Doorman are expected to know resort amenities and positively interact with guests at every opportunity. The Doorman reports directly to the Guest Services manager.Responsibilities· Greet guests upon arrival and open doors· Provide directions for parking control in-coming and out-going traffic· Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage and dirt· Assist guests in arranging for transportation services· Deliver housekeeping items and packages to guest rooms or respective departments· Take and retrieve luggage carts as required· Provide information regarding the Hotel, its layout, and servicesQualifications · Requires significant walking and standing· Must be available to work flexible hours· Customer-service oriented· Excellent communication skills· Demonstrates a professional, friendly personality in person· Organized, with a great eye for detail· Capable of managing multiple tasks at once while maintaining high quality workContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 32-40 per weekJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporarySalary: From $16.00 per hourAdditional pay:
