Our Maintenance Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. This position is responsible for conducting building and departmental maintenance and repairs. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, equipment and various utility systems working within a team environment or individually. Maintenance Technicians are expected to know resort amenities and interact with guests at every opportunity.To apply, you should have relevant previous experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work. Maintenance Associates must have the ability to communicate well both written and verbally and certification in electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing and/or pool chemical is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
