Job Description

Pool Attendants are responsible for creating an great guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck area and surrounding areas, as well as distribution and retrieval of towels. Pool Attendants are expected to know resort amenities and interact with guests at every opportunity.Pool Attendants should have previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate well both written and verbally. Those interested in this seasonal role should be able to work a flexible schedule, be prepared to work the heat of summer and have the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.Duties:

  • Ensure deck area around both pool areas are clean
  • Work with laundry team to maintain a supply of clean towels for guests to use
  • Ensure the cleanliness of pool area cabanas, change rooms and washrooms.
  • Assist in ensuring the safety of the pool area by making sure guests are following the regulations of the pool area
  • Other duties as may be assigned
