At March Networks, we value your hard work, creativity and your passionate desire to deliver only the best to our customers, partners and each other.Description: Reporting to the CLO, the Director, Peopleamp; Culture is a key leader responsible for the design, delivery and execution of highly engaging people programs for 300+ employees across Canada, United States, Mexico, Europe, UK, Australia and UAE. You will be responsible for solving complex business challenges through people related solutions. This will require you to work with the executive leadership team across the organization to understand the business environment and implications on people. You will lead a team and oversee the entire employee lifecycle, delivering a rewarding employee experience and promoting engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, develop and implement programs and strategies that focus on building culture, social engagement, and team development in a way that drives positive employee experience and productivity;
  • Work closely with leaders to ensure alignment of vision, strategy and plan execution;
  • Work with leaders to develop and implement new talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development strategies and plans;
  • Leverage HRMS tools and capabilities to support planning, measurement and reporting activities;
  • Develop programs, practices and policies that support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives;
  • Refine and/or develop people programs including employee and career development, leader development, rewardsamp; recognition, and compensation and benefits;
  • Develop a high performing Peopleamp; Culture team through coaching, learning and continuous support.
  • Evolve performance management to promote high performance, transparency and alignment;
  • Act as an advisor to leadership by providing advice, guidance and/or coaching on sensitive confidential and complex people issues;
  • Ensure compliance across all of our operating geographies pertaining to employment law and healthamp; safety; and
  • Provide advice and expertise to support the integration of acquired staff.
Desired Skills, Educationamp; Experience:
  • 10+ years of HR experience with proven leadership experience in multi-geography company;
  • University degree in human resources or related discipline and/or CHRP, CHRL, CHRE, SPHR, GPHR or other HR international qualification;
  • Experience building a team and leading change;
  • Experience conceptualizing, recommending, and involving stakeholders in the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives;
  • Able to make effective, timely decisions while dealing with ambiguity;
  • Experience with the adoption and implementation of systems;
  • Strong skills in negotiating, coaching, influencing with the ability to mobilize others and build productive partnerships;
  • Sound knowledge of benefits, employment laws and legal frameworks in Canada and United States;
  • Ability to lead large volume of work, institute metrics and build programs based on insights;
  • Experience with M amp;A, particularly integration would be beneficial;
  • Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams; and
  • Articulate, with excellent presentation and written communication skills.
