Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will report to the Director, Revenue Operations Management and have a wide range of duties in enabling sales and customer success performance and process optimization . This role will work closely with Marketing, Revenue Enablement, Revenue Systems, Customer Success, Business Development and Sales teams to support and optimize processes as well as gain operational efficiencies.. In this role, you will use your Revenue Operations knowledge, coupled with your Management experience to make strategic recommendations that drive efficiencies along with overseeing people and projects leading to revenue retention and growth.Key Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Recruit manage and retain an engaged and motivated Revenue Operations team;
  • Manage and mentor the Revenue Operations team; plan and evaluate department activities;
  • Guiding the team to successfully work with our remote international workforce in order to facilitate productivity and effectiveness;
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and and Revenue Operations teams to support Go-To-Market Strategies for Operations team that support overall company objectives, and provide recommendations to ensure success;
  • Support Director, Revenue Operations Management in the design, development and deployment of strategic business objectives, projectamp; change management, cross-functional collaboration, sales planningamp; comp, resource management;
  • Provide strategic and operational analysis, advice and recommendations to Director, Revenue Operations Management on your organizational initiatives/issues to enable decision making;
  • Work with Revenue Enablement to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement plans;
  • Build, foster and maintain a trusted relationship with Global Sales Leadership, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success;
  • Establish, define, monitor, evaluate and assess key performance metrics within each Revenue Operations Management function; advise and inform Revenue Operations leadership accordingly;
  • Enable the team to maximize efficiencies, growth and collaboration with the full Assent organization;
  • Work closely with Marketing to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs through our sales tools, increase operational efficiencies of Go to Market strategies;
  • Leverage data to identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue through our sales engagement and customer success tools;
  • Help oversee and maintain Revenueoperations software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities that support revenue generation;
  • Support Sales and CS teams in RFP processes and records through our proposal management tool;
  • Work with Director, Revenue Operations Management in championing Revenue Operations best practices, and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are maintained;
  • Leverage performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Sales team;
  • Active participation and/ or leadership in driving and implementing operational projects and initiatives that enable sales success and optimization;
  • Manage relationships with applicable vendors and coordinate with internal leadership accordingly;
  • Being a knowledgeable user of Revenue Operations tools and systems and responsible for ongoing maintenance (improvements, updates), administration and consistent use across the Go-To Market team;
  • Be familiar with corporate security policies and support the information security function to protect both information systems and corporate assets from undue risk;
  • Successfully anticipating, planning and managing the work between and among the team;
  • members to optimize satisfaction and workloads, including future resource planning efforts;
  • Reviewing and developing team members through performance management and training;
  • initiatives - and providing guidance and feedback to Director, Revenue Operations Management;
