Job Description

49 Solutions is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and support our clients in embracing Agile methodologies. In this role, you will work closely with teams and leadership to facilitate the adoption of Agile practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.If you are passionate about driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!   • A valid Secret Level Canadian Security Clearance
  • 10 Years of experience in the field
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Strong background in coaching teams and leadership on Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in guiding organizations through Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in project management or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, Certified ScrumMaster) are considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on Agile team performance and progress.
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
