2. Tester - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Tester within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience in conducting manual and automated testing.
• 60 months of experience in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.

3. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 3

• 120 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 15 years.
• 96 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 96 months of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop a cohesive user experience strategy.
• 60 months of experience with user interface (UI) design and accessibility considerations.

4. Web Designer (UX Designer) - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Designer (UX Designer) within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience designing user-centered solutions using user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• 60 months of experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop a cohesive user experience strategy.

7. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (UX Researcher) - Level 3

• 96 months of experience as a UX Researcher within the past 15 years.
• 60 months of experience conducting user research activities (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping).
• 60 months of experience planning, managing, and executing user research studies.

8. Web Multi-media Content Consultant (UX Researcher) - Level 2

• 60 months of experience as a Web Multi-media Content Consultant – Level 2 within the past 10 years.
• 60 months of experience as a UX Researcher within the past 10 years.
• 36 months of experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
• 36 months of experience in user research activities, including determining research methods, recruiting participants, and presenting insights.
