  • To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth
  • Manage and supervise the work of drivers
  • Plan driver delivery areas and routes
  • Dealing with problematic packages
  • Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
  • Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work
Qualifications:Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve and exceed their goalsStrong planning abilityStrong time management skillslegal work statusgood PC skillsGood teamwork spiritHave vehicle, can accept shift/overtimeWorking Hours:Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMWednesday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
