At March Networks, we value your hard work, creativity and your passionate desire to deliver only the best to our customers, partners and each other.Purpose:Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Partnershipsamp; Integrations, the Product Integration Developer will be responsible for custom data integrations such as access control applications.In addition, you will support our 3rd party development partners who are using our .NET SDK and Rest APIs.In this role you will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships and Integrations team, helping benefit our integrations with 3rd party companies and moving solutions forward for our mutual customers. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 3rd parties and internal R amp;D, PV and support teams to develop, maintain, and support 3rd party integrations to our Command Enterprise and Solution.
  • Support our team to resolve issues reported by our customers.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported from the field. At times the issue may require interactions with other functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for participating in these cross-functional investigations to bring field issues to resolution.
  • Work to standardize and improve upon the design and development of new integrations into our solutions.
  • Share well developed product knowledge with peers, internal customers and new entrants into department.
  • Independently suggest and implement solutions and workarounds for problems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Good written and oral communication are required with the ability to present knowledge to others.
Education:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering program, or equivalent· At least 2 years professional experience in the related domainQualifications: Experience using the following technologies is required:· C#, C, C++, JavaScript· .NET, WFP, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL· Networking TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, FTP protocols and tools· Server-side development (attention to scalability, reliability, redundancy) in a Windows environment· Windows Development (Visual Studio)Assets:· Experience interfacing with text-based protocols (XML, JSON)· Object-oriented design and design patterns· Linux Development (kernel, driver, scripts level)· Experience interfacing to IP cameras and access control systems (e.g. Lenel, Pacom, S2, Software House CCURE)March Networks is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse workforce.Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the hiring process.
