The Role:We are seeking a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the WorkDynamics Sales Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for qualifying new inbound leads, sourcing outbound leads, and re-engaging existing leads already in our database. Your goal is to turn these engagements into meetings and new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales role, a proven record of exceeding targets, and a good understanding of the sales process.
