We are currently looking for a nursing assistant to join our team.ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethicsCollaborate with residents for medical visitsContribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observationsCreate and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)Delivering messages to the nursing staffParticipate in health assessments of new residents or whenever it is requiredUpon request by the residents doctor or pharmacist, update the residents medical dossiers and prescriptionsUpon requests from physicians, pharmacists or the CISSS, follow up on residents medical dossiers and prescriptionsWhile interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important assetKnow Symo software (an advantage)Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursingMember of the OIIAQBENEFITS:Applicable government premium in effectRecognition programReferral ProgramSalary according to the collective agreement in forceFree indoor parkingAccess to internal professional servicesmassage therapyaesthetic carephysiotherapySocial leaveVacationSocial Club activities, gifts and substantial discountsWelcome and integration ProgramCar wash serviceIndoor parkingA welcoming and tight-knit team!JOB STATUS:Permanent: Part TimeJOB SCHEDULE:Evening
