We have an opening for a customer focused, high achiever with experience in promoting products and solutions of new and used agriculture and turf equipment. As part of the sales team, the Sales Representative enjoys meeting with people, creating the best solutions for customers and strives to exceed expectations of both the company and the people we support.A successful candidate for a Sales Representative meets the following qualifications:Minimum 1-year agriculture equipment sales experienceKnowledge of agricultural or turf equipment, John Deere equipment knowledge preferredUnderstanding of farming operations, a strong assetTechnology experience; laptops, tablets, Microsoft Office, internet and precision farmingUnderstanding of basic sales reports to analyze and interpret dataAbility to work flexible hours and live in the areaValid driver's license required; forklift license an assetHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of personalitiesEnjoy problem solving, information gathering and probing deeperMotivated to exceed expectations through goal setting and targetsNelson Motors & Equipment is a growing, family-owned, John Deere agriculture dealership with 5 locations in southeast Saskatchewan.
