  • Ability to create a genuine moment of connection with our customers - making a difference in their day by pleasant and effective communication.
  • Willingness to learn - using a mix of online learning, classroom training and hands on mentorship you’ll learn how to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
  • Availability to work flexible hours. Must be available to work a variety of day parts. Holidays and weekends required. Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts/week.
  • Openness to bringing a positive energy to the team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes in the moment.
