Job Description

You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and clients within the Nanaimo area, connecting with key decision-makers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.Responsibilities :

  • Execute day-to-day sales, marketing, customer service, and campaign management.
  • Excel in our management training program beginning at the Entry Level to Senior Management.
  • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying the opportunity to expand.
  • Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations.
  • Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach.
  • Get your hands dirty with team building, growth, and expansion efforts.

Compensation :Hourly wage plus bonuses and other commissioned incentives. Staff will earn 800-1200 per week.Requirements :
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • 1-2 years experience in retail customer service or management, retail events, event planning/event coordinating, promotional marketing, field marketing, brand promotions, and other environments providing retail customer service or promotional marketing support as an asset.
  • Must be a self-starter, creative, flexible, and possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable approaching, engaging and speaking to the general public on a regular basis.
  • Positive, energetic personality capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular access to a vehicle is preferred.
  • Must be looking for full-time hours (40 per week)
