Pet care attendant, 20 hours a week Join the team at Daisys Doggy Daycare. We are in search of a long-term employee to provide exceptional, loving dog care in our fast-paced environment. We prefer previous experience working with dogs but are willing to train someone who has a passion for dogs and a desire to learn about their behaviour. To be successful, you must be self-assured and confident you can hold your own when handling dogs of all sizes. During your shifts, you will monitor dog interactions and step in to prevent altercations using approved behavioral techniques with a focus on gentle handling. You will be responsible for providing a positive, fun, interactive experience while also ensuring the safety and health of the pet. You will work effectively with other team members to complete daily checklists that consist of extensive cleaning, feeding, laundry, dishes, potty mess removal, and pet parent communication. We require you to learn our software program and provide excellent customer service to our furry clients parents. 20 hours a week with no late evenings or weekends.
