Located on the east coast of Vancouver Island near Parksville, BC. The resort is just minutes from sunny beaches, hiking, golf & marine life and employs an amazing team of individuals.Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is proudly operated under True Key Hotels & Resorts, a leader in resort management with properties located throughout BC. This is a full-time position.Summing it up.The Guest Services Agent is a hospitality pro. They are responsible for various interactions with guests, including preparing charges, keys, receiving payments and managing reservations. GSA’s are responsive and encourage a welcoming, solutions-focused environment for our guests.What youll be doing.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk.
  • Take reservations, package bookings, guest arrivals and departures in a professional manner.
  • Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
  • Foster a success oriented and accountable environment.
  • Be knowledgeable of industry partners to offer a variety of service options to our guests.
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process.
Who you are.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is comfortable in a variety of situations.
  • A service driven individual dedicated to providing all guests and owners with outstanding and consistent service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word an asset.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays when required.
