Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Maintain grounds, vacations homes and buildings.
  • Operate and maintain all equipment, including preventative maintenance.
  • Enter all completed maintenance activities for the day in reservation system
  • Pick up any debris or litter on the grounds.
  • Check and document hot tub and pool chemical levels.
  • Adhere to health & safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
