Job Description

Our housekeeping department is looking for positive, fun, energetic, reliable people to join our team. At the Bayside Resort we pride ourselves on our customer service and the great experience we offer our guests. We are an oceanfront, 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of Parksville. If you enjoy cleaning with precision and detail in a timely manner, this job may be for you! Candidates with flexible schedules are preferred as ours can be subject to change. Our housekeeping department has many roles. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Detailed cleaning of guest suites
  • Detailed cleaning of common areas
  • Laundry
  • Customer Service
  • Usage of chemicals
  • Bending, and lifting
  • Team work
  • Communication
  • Reporting damages to maintenance
We have a great team already in place here at the Bayside, we are looking to grow and fill some valuable spots while getting ready for our busy season.
  • Housekeeping experience is not required, but is preferred
  • Must be able to work well in a team setting, and be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
  • Able to work well in a fast pace environment
  • Detail oriented and great cleaning skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, PermanentSalary: $15.20-$15.50 per hourAdditional pay:
