Job Description

We offer a fantastic temporary opportunity for a local skilled Field Operator to work on our client site in the Peace River, AB, area!What would you be doing

  • Maintain excellent cleanliness in plant and control room areas.
  • Maintain superior housekeeping standards throughout the plant process and control room areas.
  • Responsible for minor maintenance and the coordination of other maintenance activities.
  • Understand and perform safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, equipment lock-out, emergency response, and following safe work procedures.
  • Assist in providing a safe work environment for Maintenance and maintaining surface equipment.
Does this sound like you
  • Extensive knowledge of all facets of operations, including plant, field, and wellsite facilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Clean driver #39;s abstract
  • Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, Common Safety Orientation (CSO) is required.
  • Valid WHMIS, Confined Space - Entryamp; Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
