We currently have an opening for an Ice Cream Maker in our small but growing business in Sussex, NB. Ice Cream Makers are the hands on team members that mix, produce, and package finished Sussex Ice Cream. They receive instructions from the Production Manager at the beginning of the day on what will be made and when, and they are accountable to the Production Manager for maintaining a good pace of production. They are the last people who see the ice cream before it is packed away, frozen and sold to the customer. They make sure the ice cream is mixed and packaged in its best state with that customer in mind. Team members are also responsible for preparing packaging and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace by following all company policies and procedures.
