Our mission is simple … support other small businesses, especially during the times of the Covid-19 pandemic.Job descriptionPosition Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by helping them select products as needed and sharing product knowledge.
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner and respond to customers’ questions. Provide outstanding customer service and project a positive attitude.
  • Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records and database.
  • Manages financial transactions by processing payments for purchases via cash, credit, debit card and gift cards.
  • Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Cleans storefront at end of shift per provided cleaning schedule.
Hours of Work: To be discussed - will be on a casual basis to start. This is not a full part time positionStart Date: To be discussed - projected to be July 12, 2021Position Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be dependable and have excellent verbal communication.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in a retail setting and with product staging is preferred. Attention to detail is imperative.
  • General math skills and ability to work with POS software and Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to multitask with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Must be of legal working age in the Province of Ontario.
  • Excellent attendance is essential.
