Job Description

Become an Insurance Sales Agent at AO and enjoy a dynamic, fully remote role where you can earn, learn, and grow. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress to management, with the full support of our unionized, collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize company-provided leads to connect with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough virtual consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of satisfied clients through outstanding service and follow-up.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and advance your career.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in leadership initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Ambition and a desire to build a career in the insurance industry
  • Must be 18 or older, reside in Ontario, and be legally able to work in Canada.
