Job Description

Landscaping Supervisor Crew Leader Paysagiste Leger Landscapes is looking for serious, goal driven crew leaders for the 2021 season and beyond!Landscapers needed for our paver restoration company. Positions available:
  • Assistant technician: ( Little or no experience) pay starting at $16+ per/hour
  • Lead Technician: Pay starting at $18.00+ per/hour
  • Crew Chief: Pay starting at $20.00+ per/hour
  • Operations Manager: ( Salary to be discussed)

  • Leger Landscapes specializes in all aspects of paver restoration. We offer polymeric sand replacement, paver re-leveling, repairs and cleaning and sealing.
  • Fixing paver areas that have sunken down or loose paver and bloc steps, or retaining walls that are falling over
  • Building various new landscape projects (Patios, Steps, Walkways)
  • Operating a pressure washer in the joints of paver stones and sweeping polymeric sand in the joints.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 year minimum landscaping crew chief experience
-Daily transportation to our yard (Area of : Gouin/ Sources in Pierrefonds) by 6:45 AM-Must be exclusively available to work Mon - Fri from April 1 to November 15-Workdays are average: 7 AM – 5 PM, with occasionally longer days.-The ability to work independently or in a team environment-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers-Able to follow specific instructions-Self-motivated with a good work ethic-Punctual and dependable-Desire to produce a high standard of workmanship-The ability to practice and follow safety procedures to work safely-Submit progress reports and/or paperwork as required-Have the ability to work in all weather conditions (rain or shine)-Operate & maintain a work truck & equipment as needed.-Physically fit with the ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.-Valid Drivers License an asset.Leger Landscapes has over --------140 ---------- 5 star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ratings and recommendations ( on Google and Facebook).We love happy clients! and we need more awesome team players on-board to keep making that happen!Our TEAM makes the difference!We offer compensation packages depending on your skill set and job position We also have rewards and incentive programs for our team members.
