Ensuring we deliver on our Best in class Linen Chest experience on every visit while achieving corporate goals is our priority.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Daily presence on the Sales floor; including actively selling to achieve targets
  • Associate coaching and development
  • Recruitment & training
  • Validating & maintaining store standards
  • Executing operational & merchandising directives
  • Scheduling & payroll responsibilities
  • Ensuring a dynamic, inclusive & safe work environment
The Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager.What we offer you:

Qualifications
  • 1-2 yrs experience in a retail management position
  • Strong business acumen, including KPI analysis and creating Action Plans
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly skilled in delivering best in class Customer experience
  • Superior Time management & delegation skills
  • Dynamic personality with strong team building skills
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills
