Is obsessed with our product, people and our customers.Essential Tasks and ResponsibilitiesSales

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales plans and target metrics in assigned store.
  • Maintains commitment to company sales processes, values ​​and professional code of ethics.
  • Drives sales and monitors each MOD (Manager-on-Duty) segment and ensures poor performance issues are resolved.
  • Monitors employee-customer interactions and provides constructive feedback on ways employees can improve service and increase sales.
  • Responsible for driving customer traffic by attending approved local events and/or marketing opportunities.
Products
  • Ensures consistent execution of the marketing and visual presentation of the company.
  • Proactively identifies various market opportunities and makes recommendations to the District Manager for localized product, visual and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure store visual standards are met at all times by ensuring proper mix and depth of key SKUs and identifying store needs using and analyzing vendor sales reports and/or modifying the presentation of stores (displays) and making recommendations to the district manager.
  • Ability to build excitement and show passion for the product by communicating relevant fitness, fashion and product information to customers.
Human ressources
  • Demonstrates ability to develop a culture of recognition, accountability, discipline and urgency.
  • Trains staff on how to maximize sales potential through the continuous development of product knowledge, customer service standards and visual presentation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective succession plan for the store.
  • Ensures adequate staffing at all times by organizing staff appropriately based on business trends and making necessary seasonal adjustments, within target salary/budget. Maintains adequate headcount for store volume.
  • Establishes specific performance standards and ensures that associates contribute to corporate objectives.
  • Mentors and develops key players to be ready for career progression.
  • Supervises employees in enforcing policies/procedures by documenting disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and reporting incidents of any violations of company policies/procedures and preparing related documentation.
Operations
  • Responsible for overall management of expenses and profitability of assigned location, including but not limited to payroll, expenses and supplies.
  • Demonstrates ability to follow and ensure that all company customer service standards are consistently applied.
  • Maintain proper inventory controls, facilitate inventory transactions and mass counts
  • Ensures pricing integrity and overall product pricing and reflects current markdowns and margins in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensures inventory is archived, properly stocked on shelves and posted within 24 hours of receipt in accordance with operational standards.
  • Ensures that the store is well maintained, in particular; dusting, mopping, windows and storage as per company housekeeping guidelines.
  • Maintain daily record of store sales, scheduling, damage, errors, deposit journal, employee discounts, documents relating to day-to-day operations
  • Effectively implement areas of responsibility to improve management team ownership, development, execution and accountability.
  • Complete daily planning and ensure discussions relating to overall performance and productivity
