Job Description

Main duties:

  • Confer with clients and business leaders to identify, document requirements, and ascertain strategic goals. Always be aware of production techniques and management processes in packaging and finishing for the North American market to improve company productivity.
  • Keeping an eye on the latest requirements of card design in the market, participating in the design and producing with customer satisfaction.
  • Make return visits to customers and provide timely feedback to the company in order to develop new customers.
  • Design, develop, integrate, test and implement business solutions, ideal for shop floor production. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery. Consulting with executives and the production department about the newest technology and its implications in the industry. Testing old and new systems through sampling, modeling, and soliciting feedback.
  • Calculating the cost-effectiveness of a new system versus an old system. Developing specifications and templates for workshop workers to follow.
  • Performing risk assessments on legacy systems as well as proposed systems. Evaluating, testing and recommending new opportunities for enhancing productivity.
  • Assuming responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
Employment requirements:
  • Completion of a college or above program in computer science or related discipline.
  • One year of experience as a computer programmer or related experience.
