Your Opportunity:Reporting to the Manager, Virtual Opioid Dependency Program, the Administrative Support III – Virtual Opioid Dependency Program, will work in collaboration with a wide variety of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include the organization and scheduling of client’s treatment including telehealth sessions, organizing and supporting urine collection sites in the province, and linking with the provincial laboratory. The position supports Case Managers and Physicians with the continued care of clients from pre-admission to discharge. This position also provides program information to clients and collaborates with community pharmacies and urine collection sites. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic client records relating to scheduling of urine testing, pharmacy transcription and engaging in client care discussions with the treatment team. The incumbent must be able to exercise good judgement and initiative in completing tasks and be able to work with a high degree of independence, accuracy and accountability. To be successful in this position you must have exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and the ability to work as part of a team.Description:As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
