Financial Advisor AssociateServuss Financial Advisor Associates (FAA) are the resourceful and versatile employees who support branch activities by helping our financial advisors. They are the first point of contact with our members, whether by phone or email, prior to their appointment with a financial advisor. Our FAAs prepare and complete documents, open accounts, make phone calls and help our members with basic questions or transactions when the financial advisor is busy. They are also expert member service representatives and can help on the front line when needed. Having the ability to adapt to change quickly and take initiative is key to managing this workload. Our branches rely on the Financial Advisor Associate, along with the rest of the team, to bring our noble purpose to life by shaping member financial fitness every day!
