Job Description

Relationship OfficerServus’s Relationship Officers are the people that develop and administer small commercial, agricultural loans and deposits. Their days are focused on developing their skills in loan administration, sales, business development and members financial fitness. They work closely with the Regional Manager and Senior Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with existing and potential members.When they go home at night, they feel good about the proactive advice they have given our members because they have a genuine desire to shape member financial fitness.

  • Demonstrated basic ability in most facets of credit granting and sales of Business Banking products over a two to five year period.
  • Essential knowledge and skills include basic business development skills, analytical abilities and a basic knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Experience working and developing relationships with members, potential members, influential community people and staff is preferred.
Education and Training
  • University degree in a business discipline or sufficient experience in lieu of education.
Licenses/Certificates
  • Trade certificates, or designations, etc.
Any other special requirements necessary to do the jobWeekend or shift work, available to travel, etc.The business may from time to time ask for branch and/or department support for special projects and/or areas experiencing staff shortages.
