Job Description

Looking for WATER MISTING TECHNICIAN This position is part time casual, ideal for semi retired person or someone seeking extra cash.A typical work scenario for a Technician would be:

  • Service call comes in
  • Tech responds by driving to service call location (1 - 3 day response time)
  • Service call locations will be: (Campbell River, Courtenay, Nanaimo, Langford, Duncan & Victoria)
  • Performs the work (app required)
  • Drives home and fills out report (Online reporting)
  • NOTE: Tech support is provided
Duties will include: changing filters, minor repairs to piping/tubing and replacement of pumps & timers.SKILLS NEEDED:
  • Good communication (Dealing with the public)
  • Critical Thinking (Trouble shooting)
  • Time Management
  • Basic hand tools
  • Must be able to climb ladder
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
  • Reliable vehicle with valid drivers license
  • Basic hand tools
  • Ladder
  • Materials supplied by company
