Quarterdeck Restaurant and Pub, a popular and vibrant establishment, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food and Beverage Servers. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Position: Food and Beverage ServerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: 6555 Hardy Bay Rd, Port Hardy, BCWage: $18 per hourResponsibilities:- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations when requested- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and service areas- Process customer payments using cash registers or point-of-sale systems- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelinesQualifications:- Previous experience is an asset, but not required.
