Job Description

To be successful as a Associate Consultant with Coughlinamp; Associates, you will need:

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft based programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • College or University Degree in Business or related topics with two to three years of experience in the group benefits industry.
  • Working towards a Life and A amp;S Insurance
  • Working toward or has obtained Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
  • Experience with benefit administration systems an
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and
  • Strong analytical
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting
